He provides audit and accounting, business consulting, and tax and financial consulting services for a diversified group of clients in both the private and public sectors. Anurag has been involved in business structuring, initial public offerings, and various financing transactions as well as acquisition and sale of businesses. In addition, he is very closely working on a number of assignments with very well reputed regional accounting firms in the US. He is working closely with NK Associates and DVS Associates, our Indian affiliates of accounting firms which provide services to clients both in the United States and other countries. Anurag also provides professional services to his global clients in their needs for cross border business opportunities. He is currently providing such professional services to various businesses in the field of computer consulting, real estate, hospitality, and building products industry for the companies from India, the UK, and the UAE operating in the US.

In his past career, Anurag has gained global experience by holding CFO positions in the continent of Africa and Asia within industries, dealing with consumer products and manufacturing Commercial vehicles.

Anurag is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA), the Colorado State Society of Certified Public Accountants (COSCPA), and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He is also a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Moreover, Mr. Patel is actively involved in many civic and charitable organizations.
